Stress or unhealthy diet are two factors that can cause acne breakouts. The other day was my brother’s birthday and I ate not as healthy as i use to for 3 days which caused… Acne breakouts! (6 zits to be exact haha, my brother told me that it was weird to count your pimples, but they all appeared suddenly so … it was inevitable haha).
Let’s start with these simple but effective tips on how i get rid of acne breakouts!!

1st tip against acne breakouts:

If your acne breakouts  are due to an unhealthy diet, my advice is to get back on track with your healthy diet. Eat normally, but without going crazy. It has happened to me to want to fast, or drink only juices for a day… Which is not bad, but it’s a little too radical. So, I find it better to return to your healthy diet slowly. For example, go back to having a healthy breakfast, then a good big salad for lunch… Otherwise, you may feel restricted and start eating unhealthy again…
But, if you have an important event and a few days before you have acne breakouts, a juice cure could help you, but use fruits and vegetables that arn’t too strong, because otherwise they could also cause a breakouts because of their detox effect.

My 2nd tip:

MY 5 TIPS TO GET RID OF ACNE BREAKOUTS !Also, get back on trake with your daily skincare routine! Personnaly, when I don’t eat “healthy” (you can see my definition of healthy in my “highlits” on instagram!), i also feel lazy to clean my face, to apply oil… (my skincare routine is HERE). Which can worsen the condition of my skin. So, clean your skin with a gentle cleanser that doesn’t hurt your skin, otherwise it will make it worse! The most natural cosmetics possible are the best in my opinion.

3rd tips to get rid of acne breakouts :

Eating anti-inflammatory foods, which will reduce inflammation of pimples and their size. As you see in these photos (which I posted in my instastory), thanks to a ginger turmeric juice (+ some water) a big pimple that I had on the cheek has enormously “deflated”.

It’s the most effective against pimples in my opinion, REALLY !! If you can make juices you should do a ginger turmeric juice (with apple / orange if it’s too strong for you), and drink it in the morning. Your skin will repair faster from day to day! If you don’t have a juice machine, you can try to buy ginger and turmeric powder (good qualities) mix them in a jar, then you use 1tsp per day mixed with water.

4th tip:

This advice, I haven’t tested it yet. But I’ve heard a lot about it: put a mixture of turmeric, and honey (raw and organic) on pimples. Due to their anti-inflammatory and antibacterial benefits, they will fight well the pimples.
If you can, use manuka honey, it’s even better ! I tried it some time ago as a mask all over my face and just locally on the zits and it was pretty effective. My skin was brighter and it was antibacterial!
Otherwise, I use tea tree oil, it’s also effective, but I admit that I want to test something else, because i’ve been using it for years haha!

5th tip (and not the last one):

A basic advice but that work great : do not touch your pimples !! Above all, if your hands are not clean! Aside from doing your skincare routines, do not touch your skin!

6th tip (BONUS):

I know that acne breakouts aren’t fun, they aren’t aesthetic at all, and that they can also hurt. But try not to obsess too much over them. It will only be ephemeral and you have something else to do! Believe me, as I tell it HERE, it’s been 8 years since I have acne, and I know how pimples can ruin life. That’s why I can advise you not to linger. If you feel better with makeup, then put makeup on! If you don’t want to put makeup on, that’s fine too! You just need to be as comfortable as possible WITH your pimples. Tell yourself that they arn’t here for all your life. So really, don’t think about it too much. I feel that the more we think about it the more they are there and want to stay haha, as if it were psychological!
