It’s been a month since I eat raw! ACNE, before and after photos…

Hello again !!! I kept you updated in my first 2 weeks of this challenge, and since then nothing. I was afraid it would be too repetitive, because I was eating the same thing and things were not changing much. So I told myself that I would come back to make a report after a month! (Well, that’s a little more than a month haha).

Little by little, I managed to eat 100% fullyraw! Of course, a few times I ate cooked food, but it must have happened 2 or 3 times, so the raw diet definitely takes over! In my opinion, raw is the easiest way to get plenty of vitamins and minerals. It’s great to eat cooked vegetables, (better than fast food), but I don’t think it brings much to our body.
However, by eating raw fruits and vegetables, we ALWAYS bring something positive to our body. Which is a great motivation, I think.

Don’t get discouraged!

If you want to make a change of diet, either for your weight or your skin … I advise you to persevere and wait at least 1 month to see the results. Because as I said in my summary of the first 2nd weeks, I was demotivated, because I did not see improvements. So you really have to go all the way, you have nothing to lose and most of all, you will get used to it and start seeing results;).
Now, this way of eating has become a routine and I like to eat like that. My skin is getting better and better, and I feel good. It is really encouraging.

Improving my skin with the gua sha tool :

The last two weeks, in addition to eating raw, I did some massage with my Gua Sha tool (I did an article about what it’s used for and how to use it), which helps my skin. Even when I had a pimple here and there, I massaged my skin with the stone (I admit it hurts a bit haha) and I think it helped to make them leave faster. I even have a pimple that I felt coming (because it was hurting), which did not come out thanks to that.

In any case, I am happy to have started this challenge, because it’s the only thing that relieves my skin and improves it. I gonna continue at least all summer, because it is obviously easier when it is hot to eat raw. And I’ll keep you updated! The most important thing is not to give up!
